We help students navigate their study abroad journey with honesty, expertise, and a student-first approach. We are now expanding our UK Division and seeking a driven Senior Counselor to lead our UK counseling operations.

Role Focus

This role is built around two core pillars:

1. Student Convergence - Converting prospects into confirmed enrollments through structured, consultative counseling. You will manage the full student journey from first inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring every student feels informed, confident, and guided.

2. Course & University Matching - Providing intelligent, career-aligned course recommendations across UK universities, with special focus on employability outcomes, Graduate Route eligibility, and ROI clarity for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth one-on-one counseling sessions for aspiring UK students

- Assess student academic profiles, career goals, and budget to recommend suitable UK courses and universities

- Educate students on the UK student visa landscape, including Graduate Route (post-study work) timelines and current UKVI policy updates

- Address ROI concerns with transparent comparisons of tuition costs, living expenses, and realistic salary outcomes by sector and city

- Guide students through the full application process - from shortlisting to offer letter, CAS, and visa filing

- Stay current with UKVI policy updates, university intake deadlines, and scholarship opportunities

- Achieve monthly student enrollment targets through strong follow-up and personalized counseling

- Coordinate with the UK B2B department and university representatives for seamless student support

- Maintain accurate CRM records of all student interactions, applications, and outcomes

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in UK education counseling or international student admissions

- Deep knowledge of UK universities, course structures, entry requirements, and UKVI regulations

- Proven track record in student conversion and meeting enrollment targets

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative counseling skills

- Honest, student-first approach - focused on the right course fit over overselling

- Proficiency in CRM tools and documentation

- Ability to handle complex student concerns around visa compliance, financial planning, and career outcomes
