✅ Requirements:

• DRA Certification is mandatory

• Experience in Credit Card Collections preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle collection calls and customer interactions professionally

• Basic knowledge of collection processes and regulatory compliance

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for overdue credit card payments

• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets

• Handle customer queries and negotiate payment arrangements

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments

• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and DRA regulations

• Coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution of collection cases
