esponsibilities

· Manage and drive overall sales performance.

· Develop sales strategies and achieve business targets.

· Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals.

· Handle key client relationships.

· Monitor team performance and productivity.

· Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

· 3–6 years of Real Estate Sales experience.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
