Job Description
We are hiring aggressive and target-oriented Collection Executives to manage and recover overdue payments for RBL Bank Credit Card portfolios. Your primary goal will be to minimize the Bank's Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) while ensuring high levels of customer service and strict regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Delinquency Management: Contact delinquent customers via outbound calls, emails, and SMS to remind them of outstanding credit card dues.
Negotiation & Settlement: Persuade and negotiate with customers to clear dues, set up payment arrangements, or process settlement options based on bank policies.
Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts, customer responses, and payment promises in the Bank's Collection Management System.
