Job Description
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and computer-savvy Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work accurately with data. Experience with ERP software such as Visual Gems or similar systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in ERP systems and Excel.
- Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain digital records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments & factory for data collection and updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
- Follow company processes while maintaining confidentiality of information.
Requirements
- Graduate or HSC with relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Experience working with ERP software (Visual Gems or similar) is an added advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

- Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
