Job SummaryRengy Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Solar Net Metering Executive to manage the end-to-end net metering process for rooftop solar projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, DISCOM officials, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals, meter installation, and project completion while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete net metering process from application submission to final approval.

Collect, verify, and maintain all customer documentation required for net metering.

Submit applications through DISCOM and government portals.

Coordinate with customers, field teams, vendors, and DISCOM officials to ensure smooth processing.

Track application status and follow up regularly for approvals and meter installations.

Resolve documentation issues and portal-related discrepancies.

Coordinate meter installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Ensure compliance with DISCOM guidelines, DCR norms, subsidy requirements, and other applicable regulations.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and MIS related to net metering activities.

Address customer queries and provide timely updates throughout the process.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely project execution.

Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Freshers with relevant educational qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in solar net metering or the renewable energy industry will be preferred.

Required SkillsKnowledge of rooftop solar and net metering processes.

Familiarity with DISCOM portals and government procedures.

Good documentation and record management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred SkillsExperience handling subsidy-related documentation.

Knowledge of electrical drawings and solar system commissioning.

Familiarity with state electricity regulations and approval processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely submission of net metering applications.

Approval turnaround time (TAT).

Successful meter installations and commissioning.

Documentation accuracy.

Customer satisfaction.

Compliance with regulatory requirements.
