Job Description

Manages Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration & Support: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and prepare essential sales presentation materials like pitch decks and brochures.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, handle after-sales support, and manage communication regarding pricing or order status.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and generate regular performance reports for management.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between the sales team, marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls between sales staff and prospective clients using tools like Calendly.
