Head Chef

Job Responsibilities• Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, presentation, and quality control.

• Design and develop seasonal menus, maintaining a balance of creativity and profitability.

• Train, mentor, and supervise all kitchen staff ensuring consistent food standards.

• Monitor inventory, control food costs, and coordinate with suppliers for high-quality ingredients.

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per FSSAI and internal guidelines.

• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth kitchen-to-service coordination.

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
