Job Description
Hotel Receptionist / Front Office Executive
We are hiring a professional and friendly Hotel Receptionist for Hotel Raj Kailash, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in & check-out.
- Handle room bookings, phone calls and guest enquiries.
- Manage online bookings (OTA platforms) and front desk operations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Process guest payments, generate bills and maintain records.
- Resolve guest queries politely and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Hotel Software).
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Experience in hotel front office will be preferred.
