Job Description – Female Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Female Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, interacting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, providing information about our real estate projects, and scheduling appointments/site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Attend inbound customer enquiries professionally.
• Explain project details and answer customer queries.
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover.
• Achieve daily calling and lead conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred, though freshers may also apply.
