Job Location📍 Pune(Magarpatta) (Work from Office)

• You will work for Accenture, while your payroll will be managed by TeamLease Services Limited.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Education: 10+2 or Any Graduate.
• Pass-out Year: 2024, 2025, or 2026.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Voice Calls, Emails, and Chats.Respond to candidate recruitment-related queries and provide end-to-end support.
• Help customers navigate and use the self-service portal.
• Log customer interactions and update cases accurately in the required system.
• Perform customer identity and security verification as per company policies and GDPR guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service while minimizing complaints and escalations.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Update process documents, knowledge base, and SharePoint whenever required.
• Shift Details - US Rotational Shifts (Candidates must be comfortable working in any US time zone.)
• Rotational Work Week: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Wednesday–Sunday.
• 5 Working Days per Week with 2 Rotational Week Offs.
• Work Mode-Work from Office (WFO)

Required Skills Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
