Sales & Marketing CoordinatorJob Type: Full-time

Location: New Delhi (On-site)

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, manage vendor relationships, source new vendors for ongoing projects, and ensure seamless execution of marketing and branding projects. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for project execution.
  • Collect quotations, negotiate pricing, and compare vendor proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Track project progress and maintain workflow documentation.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports.
  • Maintain MIS reports, project trackers, and vendor databases.
  • Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team in executing branding, activation, and advertising projects.
  • RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Marketing Coordination, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Operations.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
