About Spoto is building a brokerage-free rental platform that connects property owners directly with tenants, making renting faster, more transparent, and more affordable. We're looking for ambitious individuals who can help us expand our rental inventory across Bengaluru.

Role As a Field Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding rental properties in designated localities and ensuring they are accurately listed on the Spoto platform.

• ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned areas and identify available rental properties.
• Meet property owners and secure property listings for Spoto.
• Capture high-quality property photos and videos.
• Collect and verify property details.
• Create and manage listings on the Spoto app and website.
• Build relationships with property owners, apartment associations, and local contacts.
• Achieve weekly and monthly property onboarding targets.
• Maintain accurate field reports and listing updates.
• RequirementsOwn bike/scooter with a valid driving license.
• Own laptop for listing and reporting work.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior field sales, real estate, business development, or property acquisition experience is preferred.
