Job Description
*Position: Real Estate Sales Executive*
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Executive for our premium Apartment scheme at sola Bhagwat, Ahmedabad.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through our project, explaining the property features, and assisting them in closing deals by providing in-depth details during site visits.
*Job Responsibilities and Requirements:*
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales is required.
2. Strong and persuasive communication and negotiation skills are essential.
3. Good understanding of property layouts, room sizes, and construction quality to provide accurate information to clients.
4. A customer-centric approach with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
