Job Description

Generate leads for Personal Loan and Overdraft products.

Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

Coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.

Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
