Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with clients.
  • Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales records.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
