Bakery Helper

Bakery Helper (Full-Time)

We are looking for a hardworking and sincere Bakery Helper to join our production team. Previous bakery experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in baking are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bakers in preparing bread, buns, cakes, pastries, cookies, puffs, and other bakery products.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, trays, and bakery equipment.
• Assist in dough preparation, shaping, baking, and product finishing.
• Pack, label, and organize finished products.
• Load and unload raw materials and maintain inventory.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Perform other bakery-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a bakery or food production unit is an advantage but not required.
