Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and client meetings.
- Promote advertising solutions across our digital platforms, e-magazines, print magazines, newsletters, webinars, whitepapers, and sponsored content.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
- Identify sponsorship and branding opportunities for webinars, conferences, and industry events.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in the CRM.
- Represent Microbioz India at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, or Event Sponsorship Sales.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
