Job Description
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers who can handle customer conversations, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain company services/products clearly
Follow up with interested leads
Maintain customer records and updates
Coordinate with the sales and operations team
Handle customer queries professionally
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling
Confident and professional speaking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Skills:
Sales or telecalling experience is a plus
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
