Job Description

FRESHER:

  • Technical Skills Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and decentralized networks.
  • Knowledge of Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, or similar blockchain platforms.
  • Familiarity with Solidity or Rust programming language.
  • Understanding of smart contracts and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, or Next.js.
  • Understanding of Git and version control systems.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases.
  • Responsibilities Assist in developing and testing smart contracts.
  • Support the development of decentralized applications (DApps).
  • Participate in code reviews and debugging activities.
  • Learn and implement blockchain security best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and product teams.
  • Research new blockchain protocols and Web3 technologies.

Blockchain Developer – 1 to 3 Years Experience Experience1–3 years of hands-on experience in blockchain and Web3 development.

  • Experience building and deploying smart contracts on public or private blockchain networks.
  • Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development.
  • Experience with Ethereum ecosystem and Layer-2 solutions, Layer-1 is added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, or Remix.
  • Experience in developing and integrating DApps.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript development skills.
  • Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and API integrations.
  • Understanding of blockchain security vulnerabilities and auditing practices.
  • Experience with token creation, NFT projects, staking, DeFi, or DAO implementations.
  • Knowledge of IPFS, decentralized storage, and wallet integrations.
  • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
  • ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts.
  • Build and maintain scalable decentralized applications.
  • Integrate blockchain solutions with existing enterprise applications.
  • Optimize smart contract performance and gas efficiency.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and product teams.
  • Monitor blockchain network activities and ensure system reliability.
  • Research and implement new Web3 technologies and protocols.
