Telesales Executive

Personal Loan Executive** to join our financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, processing, and closing personal loan applications. Your primary goal will be to understand customers' financial needs, recommend the best loan products, guide them through the documentation process, and ensure a seamless loan disbursement experience.

If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and a strong understanding of retail banking products, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead Generation & Sourcing:** Actively pitch personal loan products to potential customers through direct sales, cold calling, field visits, and digital leads.

 Customer Advisory:** Understand customer requirements, assess their eligibility, and suggest appropriate loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options.

 Documentation & Verification:** Collect necessary documents (KYC, income proofs, bank statements) from customers and ensure they are complete and authentic.

 Relationship Management:** Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets set by the management.

 Coordination:** Liaison between the customer and the internal credit/underwriting team to ensure smooth processing and quick disbursement of the loan.
