Job Title: Marketing Executive


Job Summary:


We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to drive Security agency business growth within an assigned territory and portfolio. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding our company's business operations.


Key Responsibilities:


- Business Growth: Drive and expand company business operations within assigned territory and portfolio

- Should have good knowledge in Security wage calculations on govt rules & regulation

- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets assigned by the company

- Incentives: Earn incentives for meeting or exceeding targets

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services

- Identify potential customers and generate leads

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

 


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven track record of sales and marketing success

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Self-motivated and target-driven
