Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply

• For experienced candidates, a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (for MIS role)

• Strong attention to detail and quality monitoring ability

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

For Quality Analyst (Sales Process):

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls as per quality standards

• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to the team

• Identify performance gaps and suggest improvement strategies

• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes

• Maintain quality reports and share insights with management

• Coordinate with team leaders for performance improvement

• CRM management and lead management

For MIS Executive:

• Maintain and update daily reports in Excel

• Handle data management and reporting tasks

• Prepare performance reports and dashboards

• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
