Job Description

Role Overview:


Generate new business through field visits, convert leads into clients, and build long-term customer relationships for pest control & AMC services.


Key Responsibilities:


✔ Visit residential, commercial & industrial prospects

✔ Generate leads and close new sales in assigned territory

✔ Promote pest control services & AMC contracts

✔ Prepare quotations and coordinate service execution

✔ Maintain daily visit reports & lead updates

✔ Achieve monthly sales targets


Who We’re Looking For:


Graduate / Undergraduate (Sales experience preferred)

Must have own two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Smartphone & basic CRM usage

Target-driven with willingness to work on-field
