Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, including key decision-makers within organizations, to introduce our services and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and connect with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Finance Heads, etc.)
• Present company services effectively and build interest among potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads for the business development team
• Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and pipeline updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless conversion of leads Eligibility Criteria
• Educational background in Commerce or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in telecalling, B2B sales, or client handling roles is an advantage Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Confidence in speaking with senior-level professionals/decision-makers
