Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth for our trademark, copyright, and legal services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, building client relationships, leading a team of tele-callers/sales executives, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets
- Lead, train, and manage a team of tele-callers and sales executives
- Monitor daily calling activity, lead conversion, and team performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (startups, businesses, entrepreneurs)
- Identify new business opportunities and potential client segments
- Oversee the complete sales funnel — from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with the legal/operations team for smooth service delivery post-sale
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management
- Handle escalated client queries and negotiate service pricing/packages
- Set individual and team targets; conduct regular performance reviews
- Develop training material and sales scripts for the team
- Explore tie-ups, referral partnerships, and channel sales opportunities
- Stay updated on trademark/IPR services and market trends to effectively position offerings
- Represent the firm at business networking events/seminars (if required)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Executive
- Experience in legal, financial, or consulting services sales preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of trademark/IPR services (training will be provided)
