About the Opportunity

We are hiring qualified and experienced IRATA Rope Access Technicians (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) for multiple ongoing and upcoming projects across the UAE. Position Summary

The selected candidates will perform rope access activities across industrial, construction, maintenance, and inspection projects while ensuring compliance with IRATA standards and UAE safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rope access operations safely and efficiently.
• Execute inspection, maintenance, installation, repair, and construction-related activities at height.
• Follow IRATA International Code of Practice (ICOP).
• Conduct pre-use inspection of rope access equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
• Complete assigned work within project timelines.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately.
• Maintain equipment and worksite cleanliness.
• Work effectively within multicultural teams.
• Support supervisors and project management in daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid IRATA Certification (Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3)
• Experience in Rope Access Operations
• Good understanding of industrial safety procedures
• Physically fit for work at height
• Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial environments

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• Industrial Inspection
• Building Maintenance
• Oil & Gas Facilities
• Construction Projects
• Structural Maintenance
• Mechanical Works
• Painting & Coating
• Cleaning Operations
• High-rise Building Maintenance
