Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to explain personal loan and overdraft products in a professional manner
  • Present and promote loan offers to generate quality leads and support conversions
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records in the system
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with interested customers to improve conversions
  • Maintain a professional approach in all customer interactions

Must have strong communication skills and confidence in handling customers
