Job Description – Fitter & Welder (ITI Jobs in Kudankulam)
Turn-Key Infra Services is hiring ITI Fitters and Welders (Arc/MIG/TIG) for ongoing fabrication, erection, alignment, and pipeline works at NPCIL Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant. This is a long-term opportunity with continuous recruitment for skilled and dedicated workers.
Fitter Role: Responsible for assembly, alignment, structural fitting, and site maintenance works. Must be able to read drawings, handle tools, and support fabrication and erection tasks.
Welder Role: Perform Arc, MIG, and TIG welding for structural steel and pipeline works, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards. Candidates with experience in industrial projects, plant works, or power projects will be preferred.
Eligibility:
- ITI (Fitter / Welder) qualified – freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 10th / 12th pass, diploma, or non-ITI skilled workers may also apply.
- Candidates from Tamil Nadu districts (Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi, Madurai, Tenkasi, Kovilpatti, Ramanathapuram, Udangudi) preferred. Migrant laborers are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge in fabrication, welding, or site works is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fitter & Welder: ₹24,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skill & experience)
- Helpers & Unskilled: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 per month
