Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through field marketing and promotional activities

• Increase walk-ins, site visits, and customer inquiries

• Develop and manage channel partner networks

• Conduct corporate meetings and tie-ups to generate leads

• Drive referral business through existing customers

• Build local market awareness through on-ground marketing initiatives

• Track marketing performance and optimize lead-generation efforts

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing

• Strong knowledge of the Chhattisgarh real estate market

• Experience in offline lead generation and field marketing

• Proven ability to manage channel partners and referral networks

• Strong communication, networking, and team management skills

• Result-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets
