Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment is

responsible for minimizing downtime across warehouse facilities and

equipment. They manage technician teams, oversee preventive maintenance for

material handling equipment (MHE) like forklifts, RT Machines, BOPT Machines

and conveyors, control budgets, and enforce strict safety standards to keep

supply chain operations running smoothly.

Experience: 3+ years in industrial, plant, or facility maintenance, with

significant experience in a high-volume warehouse or supply chain

environment.2. Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of mechanical,

electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as MHE. 3. Leadership

Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, manage conflicts, and make quick,

sound decisions under pressure. 4. Certifications: Certifications such as

Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) or OSHA compliance certifications

are highly advantageous.

Allocation: Prepare shift schedules, assign daily work orders, and prioritize

tasks based on workload forecasts and service-level agreements (SLAs). 2.

Training & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance

technicians and mechanics, conducting ongoing performance evaluations.
