Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges, universities, coaching centers, and corporate offices to promote MarioStay PG.
- Develop partnerships and referral networks with institutions and HR departments.
- Generate leads through field marketing activities, campus visits, and promotional events.
- Follow up with prospective residents and assist in converting leads into bookings.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or real estate.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Newtown, Rajarhat, and Sector V areas is preferred.
