Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support office operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient in office software, and be able to multitask effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, leave, and related HR documentation.
- Support accounting functions like invoice preparation and petty cash handling.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing events, travel, or training sessions as needed.
- Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or similar).
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.
- Work Environment:Full-time, in-office role.
- May involve occasional travel for office-related errands or events.
