International Voice Process Agent

Job DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.
• Eligibility CriteriaExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in an International BPO/Voice Process is an added advantage.
