Sales & Marketing Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound sales and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have hands-on experience in handling IndiaMART leads, and demonstrate strong abilities in sales closing and execution. Candidates with exposure to e-commerce marketplace management will be given preference.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound sales calls and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Manage and consume leads received through IndiaMART and other digital channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
• Update lead status, sales activities, and customer information in CRM or internal systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

• Hands-on experience in IndiaMART lead handling and sales execution.
