Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hardworking and responsible Delivery & Warranty Claim Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering batteries to customers, handling warranty claims, collecting defective batteries, and maintaining proper records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery OperationsDeliver Exide batteries to dealers, retailers, garages, and customers on time.
• Load and unload batteries safely.
• Verify delivery challans and customer acknowledgments.
• Collect payments, documents, or old batteries when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Warranty Claim HandlingVisit customer locations and collect batteries under warranty claim.
• Check battery details, serial numbers, and warranty status.
• Fill claim forms and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Exide service centers and company representatives.
• Update customers regarding claim status and replacement timelines.
• Maintain records of all claim batteries received and dispatched.
• Inventory & ReportingMaintain daily delivery and claim reports.
• Assist in stock movement and warehouse activities.
• Report damaged or missing items immediately.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th Pass.
• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
• Knowledge of Mumbai routes.
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in battery, automobile spare parts, or logistics field preferred.
