Back Office Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required

Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business functioning.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company records, documents, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and other business-related documentation.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and office documentation.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and maintaining office files.
  • Ensure timely updating of records and information.
  • Support administrative and back-office activities as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.
  • RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar administrative role.
  • Graduate in any discipline preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong data management and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration processes.
