Job Description
Field Partner Onboarding Executive –
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leads will be give by the Quick Nurse Back Office Sales Team
- Visit pre-qualified nursing agencies, caregiver agencies, geriatric care providers, physiotherapy partners, and other healthcare service partners in Bangalore.
- Present the Quick Nurse platform, partnership model, and onboarding process to agency owners / decision-makers.
- Build confidence with agencies and address initial questions or objections related to joining the platform.
- Collect required partner details, documents, and onboarding information during or after meetings.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to complete agency onboarding on the Quick Nurse platform.
- Ensure the agency profile, service areas, and basic operational details are captured correctly.
- Support agencies in understanding how Quick Nurse works and how bookings / partner flows will happen.
- Follow up with agencies after meetings to close pending onboarding steps and move them to active status.
- Maintain visit updates, onboarding status, and follow-up notes for each assigned partner.
- Act as the on-ground relationship representative for Quick Nurse with partner agencies across Bangalore.
