Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle qualified leads, attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and drive sales closures for residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Follow up with leads generated by the pre-sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Schedule and attend site visits with prospective customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth closures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in handling site visits and sales closures.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of residential real estate sales is preferred.
