Job Description

Roles & Responsbilites:


  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Liaise with transporters, warehouses, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and dispatch records.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock movements.
  • Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to support business requirements.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
  • Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.

Language Skills: Hindi and English are mandatory. Knowledge of any South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is preferred.

Qualification: Graduate(Any Degree)
