Dispatch Executive

Take charge of all customer orders that are ready for dispatch.

Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand dispatch instructions and delivery requirements.

Verify invoices, E-Way Bills, and dispatch documents with the Accounts Department.

Arrange dispatch through transport companies, courier services, local delivery vehicles, or other suitable methods.

Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.

Maintain dispatch records and update shipment details in the system.

Generate and share LR Numbers, Bilty Numbers, Courier Tracking Numbers, and dispatch details with the Sales Team.

Follow up with transporters and courier partners whenever required.

Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel for smooth dispatch operations.

Collect and submit transport receipts, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and other related documents to the Accounts Department.

Ensure that all dispatched materials reach customers accurately and on time.

Handle dispatch-related queries and provide timely updates to internal teams.
