Job Description
Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify prospects among mid-size and multi-user businesses.
- Build a strategic pipeline of leads through influencer connects, referrals, and business visits.
Customised Demo & Value Positioning:
- Deliver need-based demos and clearly articulate TallyPrime's value proposition.
- Showcase features that directly address the customer's pain points and align with their business goals.
Sales Closure & Implementation Coordination:
- Guide prospects through evaluation, objection handling, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinate with the implementation team for seamless setup and onboarding.
Account Management & Engagement:
- Proactively engage with assigned accounts to increase satisfaction, usage, and renewal rates.
- Act as a trusted advisor for their Tally-related queries and decisions.
Renewals & VAS Growth:
- Drive TSS renewals through early follow-up and benefit-based conversations.
- Identify opportunities for VAS upsell by aligning offerings to customer workflows.
Migration & New Feature Enablement:
- Support customers in migrating to the latest TallyPrime version.
- Guide on how to adopt new features and ensure customers extract full value from the product.
CRM Management & Performance Tracking:
- Log all activities in TT2.0 with precision—calls, demos, objections, renewals, and feedback.
- Monitor own task completions and ensure daily CRM hygiene.
Campaign Execution & Customer Programs:
- Participate in customer engagement campaigns, product upgrade drives, and usage events.
- Represent Tally's value across every interaction.
- Specific Requirements & QualificationsEducational Qualification: Graduate in any stream; a Commerce or Business background is preferred.
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Tally sales, customer management, or similar roles.
- Language Proficiency: The local language is mandatory, and spoken and written English is preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and connected offerings.
- Desired Skill-sets: Consultative Selling, Customer Handling, Upsell/Cross-sell, Demo Delivery, and CRM Mastery.
