District Coordinator / Block Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized District Coordinator / Block Coordinator to oversee program implementation, coordinate with schools, government departments, field staff, and stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of projects at the district or block level. The candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor project activities within the assigned district/block.
Liaise with schools, educational institutions, government officials, and local stakeholders.
Conduct field visits and ensure timely implementation of programs.
Organize meetings, training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
Collect, maintain, and analyze project data and reports.
Support beneficiary enrollment, documentation, and program tracking.
Ensure compliance with project guidelines and timelines.
Submit regular progress reports to management.
- Resolve field-level issues and provide operational support.
