Delivery Boy (with Own Moped Bike) / Material Data Entry

Job Summary

• Responsible for delivering and collecting materials, documents, samples, and site-related items between vendors, office, warehouses, and project sites. Ensure timely deliveries and proper record maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all materials purchased, received, issued, and consumed across interior projects. Ensure timely updates in Excel, or inventory software.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect materials, hardware, samples, and documents from vendors and sites.
• Transport quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts between office and clients.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for urgent material requirements.
• Handle courier, banking, and government office-related work.
• Verify material quantities before dispatch and collection.
• Maintain delivery logs and acknowledgment records.
• Assist in loading and unloading site materials.
• Ensure safe handling of fragile interior items and samples.
• Follow company safety and vehicle maintenance guidelines. 
• Enter all purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and material receipts into the system.
• Maintain project-wise material consumption records.
• Update inward and outward material registers daily.
• Track stock levels and report shortages.
• Prepare weekly and monthly material reports.
• Coordinate with stores, purchase, accounts, and project teams.
• Verify vendor bills against received quantities.
• Maintain digital and physical records of purchase documents.
• Assist in inventory audits and stock verification.
• Generate material issue reports for project sites.
• Maintain accurate Excel sheets and MIS reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate preferred (B.Com, BBA, Any Graduate).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with inventory software/ERP preferred.
• Basic understanding of interior materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, electrical, paint, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
• Own bike preferred.
• Knowledge of local routes.
• Honest, punctual, and physically fit.
• Basic reading and document-handling skills.
