Job Title: Loan Process Executive – SMFG Rural (BPO/Voice Process)

Job Location: Symphony IT Park, B Wing, 1st Floor, Near Ice Factory, Chandivali Studio Road, Near Chandivali Bus Stop, Chandivali, Mumbai – 400072

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand + Incentives (₹1,000 – ₹10,000 per month, slab-based)

Job Type: Full Time | Voice Process

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Offs:

• 2 Fixed Sundays Off
• 2 Rotational Sundays Off

Job Description:

We are hiring for the Loan Process (SMFG Rural) profile. The role involves handling customer calls/data related to rural loan processing. Looking for candidates with good communication skills who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle rural loan process related calls/documentation
• Coordinate with customers for loan-related queries
• Maintain accuracy in data handling and follow process guidelines
• Achieve monthly targets to earn incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: SSC / HSC Pass
• Age: 18 years and above
• Communication: Average English communication mandatory
• Experience: Any BPO/Telecalling experience preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply)

Mandatory Documents:

• SSC & HSC Marksheet (Soft copy or Hard copy – both accepted)
• Aadhar Card, PAN Card (for verification)
