Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue through School Picnics, Corporate Day Outs, Birthday Parties, Group Events, and Social Gatherings for our Thane center.
The candidate should have strong networking, relationship-building, and event sales capabilities with a passion for achieving targets.
## Key Responsibilities
* Generate business leads for:
* School Picnics
* Corporate Day Outs & Team Engagements
* Birthday Parties
* Group Bookings & Social Events
* Festive & Seasonal Events
* Build relationships with:
* Schools & Colleges
* HR Teams & Corporate Offices
* Event Planners
* Housing Societies & Local Communities
* Conduct outdoor sales visits, presentations, and client meetings.
* Coordinate with center operations team for smooth event execution.
* Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
* Maintain database of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
