Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are hiring Male Sales Associates to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients, builders, and developers. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, explaining company services, and closing business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect and communicate with builders and developers for business opportunities.

- Handle client meetings whenever required.

- Explain company services and plans to customers, builders, and developers.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Maintain proper records of sales activities and follow-ups.

- Candidate may be required to travel outside Prayagraj for meetings or business activities as per company requirements.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduate/Any Post-Graduate

- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales preferred.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Confident, target-oriented, and presentable personality.

- Basic understanding of sales processes.

Other Details:

- Job Type: Full-Time

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,500 per month

Performance-Based Incentive Structure:

- If the candidate successfully closes deals with minimum 3 companies/builders, salary will be ₹25,000.

- If the target is not achieved, salary will remain ₹12,500 with a 50% deduction applicable as per performance terms.

- If the candidate closes deals with 6–7 companies/builders, an additional ₹5,000 incentive will be provided, making the total earning potential ₹30,000.
