Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers who are interested in building a career in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The selected candidates will work with global clients and assist in creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in creating and scheduling marketing campaigns.
* Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
* Perform campaign quality assurance (QA) checks before deployment.
* Monitor campaign performance and generate basic reports.
* Manage subscriber lists, data extensions, and audience segmentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
* Maintain campaign documentation and process records.
* Learn and follow email marketing best practices and compliance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent).
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
* Comfortable working in night shifts.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Skills
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
* Understanding of email marketing concepts.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an added advantage but not mandatory.
