💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

THE ULLLAL CAFE is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Coffee Master to join our team. If you have a love for coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality.

- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.

- Ensure every beverage meets the café's quality and presentation standards.

- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

- Take customer orders and offer beverage recommendations based on customer preferences.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and work area at all times.

- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report replenishment requirements.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and café operating standards.

- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Experience as a Barista or Coffee Master is preferred.

- Freshers with a strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude, teamwork, punctuality, and professional appearance.
