Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Manager to generate and qualify leads, explain project details, and coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers

Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to clients

Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, portals, and references

Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication

Maintain customer database and update lead status in CRM/Excel

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion

Answer customer queries and provide accurate information about projects

Meet daily/weekly lead generation and follow-up targets

Maintain professional communication and customer relationship

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telesales, or customer handling

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and lead management

Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups

Kannada, English, and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu language skills preferred
